01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Zellos AI (“Zellos”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the Zellos Studio website, create an account, or use Zellos Studio’s AI-assisted content creation tools. It applies to information handled by Zellos Studio and does not replace the privacy terms of third-party services you choose to connect.

02

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Zellos Studio. It may include information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and limited technical information collected automatically.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and sign-in details.
  • Business and brand information, including brand guidelines, logos, products, audience details, campaign preferences, and connected social profiles.
  • Creative inputs and outputs, such as briefs, prompts, uploaded media, feedback, generated posts, images, video, captions, and project history.
  • Usage and device information, including browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages visited, feature interactions, and diagnostic logs.
  • Billing and transaction details. Payment card information is handled by our payment providers and is not stored directly by Zellos Studio.
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests, survey responses, and product feedback.
03

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, personalize, and maintain Zellos Studio and its creative workflows.
  • Generate on-brand content and remember the preferences you choose for your workspace.
  • Process payments, administer subscriptions, and send service-related communications.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and protect the security of users and the service.
  • Analyze product usage and improve our features, interfaces, models, and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
04

AI processing and creative content

Zellos Studio processes your briefs, brand materials, prompts, selections, and other creative inputs to produce requested outputs. This may involve automated systems and carefully selected AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Generated content may be retained with your project so you can revisit, edit, and export it.

AI output can be unpredictable and may contain errors or unintended similarities. You should review generated material before publishing it and avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your creative task.

05

Photos, likeness and sensitive data

You may upload photos, videos, voices, and other material that shows or represents real people. You must only upload material of a person when you own it or have that person’s clear, informed permission to use it in the way you intend. You are responsible for the consents you collect from the people you feature.

We process uploaded photos and likenesses only to generate the outputs you request, to keep the service secure, and to enforce our Terms of Service. We do not use uploaded photos of people to build facial recognition databases or to identify individuals, and we do not sell facial or other biometric data.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, such as government identifiers, health information, or images of children, unless it is essential and you have the legal right to do so. We may remove content that we believe includes such data.

06

Safety, moderation and abuse prevention

To protect people and the service, we may use automated systems and, where necessary, trained reviewers to examine prompts, uploads, and generated outputs for content that breaks our Terms of Service. This includes attempts to morph, swap, or imitate someone’s face or likeness without approval, to use other people’s work or pictures without permission, or to create content for illegal purposes.

  • We may keep records of flagged content, related account details, and enforcement actions for as long as needed to investigate abuse, prevent repeat violations, and meet legal obligations.
  • We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts, and we may share relevant information with the affected person, rights holders, platforms, or law enforcement where the law allows or requires it.
  • People who believe their image, likeness, or work has been used without permission can report it through the support channel available in Zellos Studio. We may need to verify identity or ownership before acting on a report.
07

How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where needed to operate Zellos Studio, complete a transaction, meet legal requirements, or protect the service.

  • Vendors that provide hosting, AI processing, analytics, customer support, security, communications, and payment services.
  • Workspace members and collaborators according to the roles and sharing settings selected by you or your organization.
  • Authorities, courts, rights holders, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate suspected illegal activity or misuse of a person’s likeness or work, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or participating party in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Other parties when you direct us to share information or give your consent.
08

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

Zellos Studio and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Zellos Studio is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
